According to California Bill No. 1271 (SEC.2312.5(d)), certain vehicles are specifically excluded from being classified as electric bikes under this code. These vehicles are categorized as Out of Class Electric Vehicles (OCEVs) for the following reasons:

Highspeed Potential: Vehicles with two or three wheels that are designed by the manufacturer to be modifiable for speeds greater than 20 miles per hour on motor power alone or exceeding 750 watts of power.
Post Sale Modifications: Any vehicle that has been modified to attain speeds greater than 20 miles per hour on motor power alone or to exceed 750 watts of power.

These exclusions ensure that only properly classified e-bikes can be markets as such, maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance. Riders of OCEV's should be aware of the different legal requirements and responsibilities associated with these vehicles.

Additionally, OCEVs are designed to offer performance and features beyond what traditional e-bikes can provide. Always verify the intended use and ensure you are compliant with local and state regulations when operating an OCEV.

Inspired by classic pit bikes with a little BMX attitude mixed in, the Mini-X keeps the playful mini bike feel but adds enough punch to get you into (and out of) trouble quickly.

At its core is a 1000W hub motor powered by a 52V 17Ah lithium-ion battery, delivering strong torque and speeds up to 32 mph — which feels even faster when you’re sitting this close to the pavement. 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide the stopping power to match the fun, so you can ride hard with confidence when things get rowdy. With its pit bike attitude, compact stance, and surprisingly high performance, the Crew Mini-X is made for riders who want maximum fun in a minimum-size package… and probably shouldn’t be trusted with it.

by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike
shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly
receipt as proof of professional installation.

riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing

• Normal wear and tear of any
product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables,
brake pads, chains)

• Failure to provide regular
maintenance of any product

Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the
customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike
shop.
