Which one should I get?

Want easy, controllable fun, in-stock shipping, and Class-2-friendly speed? Get the Mini. Want serious power, 32 mph, hydraulic brakes, and don't mind waiting for the 8/17 pre-order? Get the Mini-X. Same chromoly loop-tail frame and BMX attitude either way.

When does my bike ship?

Both bikes are in stock and ship now — free shipping to the lower 48. The Mini-X is one of Crew's most in-demand bikes and tends to sell out after restocks, so don't sit on it.

How do the discount codes work?

Use code GET100OFF for $100 off the Mini, or GET50OFF for $50 off the Mini-X. The buttons on this page apply the code automatically at checkout.

Is it street legal?

The Mini tops out at 15.5 mph and is classified as a motorized scooter under California Vehicle Code. The Mini-X exceeds Class-2 limits and is an Out-of-Class Electric Vehicle (OCEV) — intended for off-road/private-property use, 18+. E-bike laws vary by state and county, so check your local regulations before riding.

What about assembly and warranty?

All Crew bikes must be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic to keep the warranty valid (keep your assembly receipt). For warranty claims, contact support@crewbikeco.com with your order number, photos, and serial number.
