All bikes purchased through Crew Bike Co. MUST be assembled
by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike
shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly
receipt as proof of professional installation.

So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
1.Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item
is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
2.Brief description of the claim
3.Photographs
4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the
best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
• Any part of a product that has
been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
• Damage from unintended style of
riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
• Normal wear and tear of any
product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables,
brake pads, chains)
• Failure to provide regular
maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the
customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike
shop.
Note: Warranty is for original owner only.
My son did some research and purchased this bike with his Christmas money. Great bike that rides smooth. His brother now wants to get one too!

I am an older man, used to ride 20+ miles a day to go ride the jumps at a park across town, my buddies and I would pack up for the day, ride out and ride the trails all day, I’m almost 50 now and bought this bike to ride along with my 6 year old son on the trails too! I’ve never heard of the brand until my purchase, So far I’m impressed and of course there will be some things updated later to my liking, Ride on folks!

This cruiser has been a blast so far. I bought this for my girl and we haven’t stopped riding since we got it in the mail!! Fast shipping, easy assembly and damn what a smooth ride! We are going to purchase another one to try and get the kids to come along with us when they come home from college. Thank you so much and what a wonderful way to bring the fam together to make more memories!

Higher quality than I was expecting and fairly simple to assemble right out of the box. Getting both sets of pegs was a fun unexpected nostalgic touch (although those aren’t easy to install).
Only pain point so far has been the brake, can’t get it dialed in without a horrible squeal under full pressure. Only reason I couldn’t give it 5 full stars. Has been a fun addition to my fleet. Looking forward to mobbing some pump tracks on it in the near future.
